$250 EFTPOS Gift Card Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
1.1 The prize draw is organized by The Friendlies Blinds, (the “promoter”) whose office is at 6 Fern Street, Gympie, Queensland, 4570.
1.2 By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
- Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to all customers who purchase a custom-made product between August 1st 2024 and September 30th 2024. Parts or components are excluded and not eligible for this prize. Employees of The Friendlies Blinds, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the prize draw is exempt from entering.
2.2 There is no entry fee to enter this prize draw.
- How to Enter
3.1 The Customer Name on the customer invoice will be automatically entered into the draw when the required deposit has been made for the products purchased.
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3.3 The closing date for entry will be September 30th 2024. After this date, no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
- The Prize
4.1 The prize is a $250 EFTPOS Gift Card.
4.2 The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be chosen at random by software, or a secure draw, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.
5.2 The winner will be notified by phone or email within one day of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Data Protection and Publicity
6.1 The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
6.2 Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Friendlies Blinds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by any unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 The Friendlies Blinds reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
- Governing Law
8.1 The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
